I. Answer the Following Question.

1. How can we associate one's perspective in understanding the

concept of mathematics?

I think we can associate one’s perspective with understanding the

concept of math by acknowledging that each person has their own set of
experience, skills, and ways of thinking. Understanding math is like exploring
a big, complicated puzzle full of patterns and creative thinking. Math isn’t
just like memorizing rules and formulas; it’s more like an ever-changing
adventure where everyone’s way of thinking influences how people tackle
the problem and solve it in their own way. Just like how some people
experience the same problem and use different solutions to solve it and still
end up with the same correct answer. We need to understand that math is
not only about following the steps; it’s also about finding new and interesting
ways to solve and understand the problem.

Just like every person has a different perspective, they find a way to
understand each other and try the solution that they think is best for them to
get the right answer to their problems. Just like in mathematics, we may not
use the same formula or strategy for solving it, but we have the same goal,
and that's to end up with the same and right answer.

2. How do patterns and regularities found in nature build the role of

Mathematics in our everyday lives?

Almost everything in nature exhibits mathematical patterns. Through

snowflakes and flower petals; cloud formations; and spiral objects. These
demonstrate the mathematical nature of patterns and help us understand
the objects' underlying behaviors. To make our home stronger and more
difficult to break, a different formula was used during construction to ensure
that it would not collapse easily. Cooking is another activity that makes use
of patterns; we follow a recipe to produce the best possible food product. We
also followed a pattern or routine for taking care of our faces and bodies.

We may not realize it in our daily lives, but everyone has a different
routine that they follow, just like mine. I begin my day by waking up, eating
breakfast, taking a bath, preparing myself, going to school, studying, eating
lunch, studying again, going back home, eating dinner, doing my schoolwork,
scrolling my phone, sleeping, and repeating all of it over again. Mathematics
is also the language used in games, in market, in establishments and all
places where there are interactions between people.

3. What is the importance of the existence of Mathematics in our

physical environment?

Mathematics plays an important role in our physical environment

because it allows us to understand patterns, quantify relationships, and
predict future events. Math helps us understand the world, and we use the
world to better understand math. The entire world is interconnected.
Mathematics is a universal language that transcends cultures and allows for
the neat and precise expression of ideas. Mathematics is also a tool for
shaping and sharpening human thinking, and as a discipline worth studying
for its own sake, it can provide pleasure and satisfaction to those who can
learn it. Mathematics is required for the proper comprehension,
quantification, and documentation of our daily activities.

Everyday mathematics demonstrates these connections and

possibilities. Algebra can explain how quickly water becomes contaminated
and how many people in a third-world country get sick from drinking it each
year. A study of geometry can explain the science behind architecture all
over the world. Statistics and probability can be used to estimate the global
death toll from earthquakes, conflicts, and other natural disasters. It can also
predict profits, how ideas spread, and when previously endangered species
will repopulate. Mathematics is a powerful tool for global understanding and
communication.
