Job Title: HSE Engineer

Job Summary:
The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Engineer plays a crucial role in
ensuring that our operations comply with health and safety regulations. This
position involves identifying potential hazards, developing safety procedures,
and promoting a culture of safety within the organization. The HSE Engineer
will work closely with various departments to implement effective safety
measures and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and
ensure compliance with safety regulations.
 Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and
training programs.
 Prepare risk assessments and incident reports while recommending
corrective actions.
 Monitor workplace activities to ensure adherence to health and safety
standards.
 Provide guidance on environmental issues, including waste
management and pollution control.
 Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into
project planning and execution.
 Facilitate training sessions for employees on health, safety, and
environmental practices.
 Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
related to HSE management.
 Coordinate with clients HSE for smooth moving of site.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health &
Safety, or a related field.
 A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE role within an industrial
or construction environment.
 Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations and
environmental laws.
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information
clearly to diverse audiences.
 Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits.
 CERTIFICATIONS such as NEBOSH or IOSH are mandatory.

 Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
 A proactive approach to identifying risks before they become issues.
 The ability to work collaboratively across departments while
maintaining strong attention to detail.
 Excellent knowledge in HSE standards and documentation.
