Because I have come up with 4UGALLARIES company,I would like to hire full time
working people to assist my own company grown.The increase in marketing my own job
And also increase in sale should be more than cover of the additional payroll
expenses.The detailed analysis is attached.Our main is to make profits and build our
own company.

This business will be under partnership because we need some patners to enhance it
simplicity and flexibility.And this is mainly to make better decisions of business.

Main aim for us in starting this business is to provide better services to people
People will consider this since wedding,birthday parties,graduations and etc must be
conducted and will need our service.
The price will be determined with how long the occasion will be conducted.
The business will be advertised in all social media platforms to be recognised easly by people.
After I have analysed the market,I will come up with a market strategy

I will mainly focus on families,small business and newly engaged couples.I will also focus on
elementary,middle and highschools in the area to be able to provide school portraits for
students.

This given service can be needed by 1000people in a month.
We mostly target families,small business and newly engaged couples.The business tergets
1000-5000 customers in a month. As the business starts we expect to have market share of
25%at the begining of the year and 55% at the end of the year.
