User Guide

Registration Process

• In order to register into the app


please proceed by providing Name,
Date of birth, Mobile number.

• On accepting the terms and


conditions, an OTP can be
requested for.
• OTP will be sent to the mobile
number provided .

• Please enter the OTP in the space


provided .

• Now, kindly generate a 6 digit MPin


(password) which needs to be used
at the time of login.

• Confirm the MPin by re-entering it.


Sign-in Process

• Enter mobile number registered with the App.

• Now, enter your MPin (6 digit) generated at


the time of registration.

• Click on sign in.

• In case, if you forget your MPin, click on


forgot MPin. OTP will be sent to the
registered mobile number.

• Please enter the OTP and generate a new


MPin.
How to add policy
• After signing in,
proceed further by
adding the policy
details.

• Click on “Add your


policy” icon to add
the policy details.

The details required to fill to fetch the policy


details (Retail) are
• Policy Number
• Card number/UHID
• Date of birth
For the corporate customer, along with above
details Employee ID is also Mandatory
The other two areas to add
How to add policy the policy for different type
of customers. They are as
follows

• In this you can
retrieve the policy
related details after
calling to out
customer care

• Policy Bought by My
Company
• After selecting you
company name,
you can enter
Employee ID and
other necessary
details to get policy
details

• If the policy number and


the registration number
is same, then all the
policies will be auto-
fetched
Flexi Plan

• We have included flexi plan in


the application itself for the
User to choose the plan
which is best for him/her

• In the Flexi plan, User can


select 3 plans out of 5 which
will suit for his/her purpose of
policy cover

• It helps the User to give more


flexibility with the same policy
cost

nearest hospitals and
getting directions to the

name.

specialties, Procedures,
Ratings and Reviews from
this feature
Hello Doctor

• Hello Doctor helps in


contacting a doctor and
have an interaction
through Phone call.

• Over-the-Counter
medicines can be
prescribed by the doctor
on the phone call.
Claims
• All the claims details relating to the policy are shown
in claim details. It also displays the claim settled and
claim amount sanctioned with a reference ID. It also
shows the claim status whether Approved/Rejected
and deduction details can also be seen. You can
also check the documents uploaded and deductions
Claims
• All the details relating to the Pre-planned hospitalization can
be initiated through this column. It also displays the history of
planned hospitalization and reimbursement history.
Meet a Doctor

• Meet a Doctor provides OPD


services.

• Services includes fixing appointment


with Doctor for consultation,
Pharmacy, Diagnostics and Health
check-up, etc.

• The medicines prescribed by the


doctor can be either ordered online
or can also be taken physically from
nearest Apollo pharmacy
Health Assistance

• Health assistance is a call


support feature which
assists in clarifying the
queries.

• Health assist guides in


doctor appointments,
second opinion,
facilitating hospitalization
and post hospitalization
care.
Blog

• Daily Blog keeps you


informed about Health
related issues and other
facts.
Health Records

• With the use of this


features one can able to
see their health records in
the application itself.

• Other than self, the user


can add their family
members health records.

• It will help the user to


access the health records
electronically.

• It will be very helpful in

Queries

• Queries helps in understanding


the multiple features of the
application by providing multiple
question in the form of FAQs.
