In my ILMP, I modified the learning tasks that fits the level of my learners and provided
with guided instructions and illustrations. In my second ILMP, I made adjustment in
evaluating the factors affecting the study habit of the learner at home through phone call
and messenger. In the third ILMP, I gave samples of prototype learning outputs that
severed as reference for his work. And in the fourth ILMP, I advised the learner to look for
more supervised time with his learner-facilitator/parents. It the learners in making
significant progress and reached mastery of the competencies in the learning plan.

ANNOTATION
The first conversation showed that I convinced the
my student to continue his schooling despite his
desire to drop out because of their family problem.
While the second conversation showed how I
