Goals

● In 6 month we want to sell 200 12-packs & reach our target audience with marketing
● After 6 months, we want to introduce 2 new coffee flavors and afterwards start
featuring a new specialty flavor of the month
● In 1 year we want to have 4 full-time employees making a livable earning

Target Audience

Our target audience is on-the-go individuals who need a little pick me up


during their busy day. This could be a great option for anyone who doesn’t have
time to make coffee in the morning or the individuals who don’t have access to
affordable lattes.
MARKETING STRATEGIES
One

We will use Instagram Ads for the entire 6 month campaign to reach people in
our target audience. Instagram is a huge platform for people spanning all ages,
so we feel this can reach a lot of people.

Two

We will assemble PR Packages including our product, as well as merchandize with


our logo to send to influencers in exchange for an honest review. We will hand pick a
few influencers from TikTok and Instagram to do this. We may look into influencers
who may be focused on being outdoorsy or food focused.

Three

We will spend $3,000 on running TikTok ads. This amount of money will
accrue 300,000 views, so the hope is we will reach people who would be
interested in this product.
MARKETING STRATEGIES
Four

We will create stickers and hand them out to people. Stickers are a big
commodity among people around our age, so we believe this will be a valuable
marketing tool. We are planning on ordering 1,000 stickers.

Five

We will be using our webpage to advertise as well. One of our employees,


Snoop, will be hosting live Q&As on our webpage and social media platforms
to bring in a market base.

We will hand out free samples of our product at the Waco Downtown Farmers
Market. This weekly event features our target demographic of individuals who value
sustainability and the outdoors. It would be a great way to connect and form
relationships within our community in order to gain customers.
