o The entire diagnostic center was very neat and clean

maximum 12 days
o working hour 8 hours and overtime 10 hours
o 1 hour intervals for rest and meal
o Also including night shift
o Wages are paid on time

◉ We found little fault which is They told us that they


have been appointed according to all the rules of the
organization and have been appointed after a medical
checkup and given the appointment letter. But we did
not notice their identity cards. Which we observed in
three other hospitals.

◉ Maintain all health and safety of employee


◉ Safety of women is maintained there and they did not face
any harassment.
◉ 8 hours of working hours and two shifts working hour
sometime added overtime
◉ Sick leaves, casual leaves and annual leave with wages
maximum 15 days
◉ Wages are paid on time
◉ leave during pregnancy but it is not payable.
◉ Rejoining after pregnancy
◉ Employees who want to leave have to inform the
employer 2 months before and if the employer wants to
terminate then they have to give 1 month notice.

 Don't get wages timely which is violation of
section 123 of Labour Act, 2006
 7days festival leaves, violates section 118.
 Their working time is 8am to 8 pm, this is the
violation of section 100
 Half an hours tiffin time, violation section 101
 No weekly Holiday, violation of section 103
 No overtime payment, violation of sec 108.
 Forcefully working hours between 10pm to 6
am, which is violation of section 109.
 2 month maternity leave, violation of section 45
 Unhygienic washroom, violation of section 59
 Not following health and hygiene measures,
violation sections 51-60.
Kusumpur General Hospital
 Interviewed a male and a female worker
 Not maintaining rules about payment of wages,
violation of section 123.
 7 or 8 days festival leaves, violates section 118.
 Their working time is 10am to 6 pm, they are
following section 100
 Half an hours tiffin time, violation section 101
 1 day weekly holiday.
 No overtime, violation of section 108.
 Sometimes forcefully works between 10pm to 6
am, which is a violation of section 109.
 Maternity leave with no benefits, violation of
