This was my first time shipping a car. I was very nervous because I didn’t know how this worked. Ava (the customer service lady) was very helpful to me. She explained everything to me and made sure I was at ease. It’s took only 4 days for my car to ship from Bronx NY, to Katy, Texas. It arrived in good shape and everything in it was untouched. I had a very good experience with this company and will recommend them to my friends.

If you want to have the price raised 40% after you sign a contract and pay your deposit, have your deposit doubled, and have you car delivered 2 days after it was promised, Safeeds is the broker for you. If not, look elsewhere. Why 3 stars? Because there was communication and I did eventually receive my car in one piece.

I found my dream car in CA, and decided to buy it. But didn’t really know how to bring it back to me here, and I went online and searched for auto transport companies. I was pretty shocked when I saw ‘reviews’ of companies and seeing people complaining about the prices changes and damages. At some point, I was like ‘Imma go and get it myself’ but Richard from Safeeds Transport Inc contacted me. I decided to give a shot and checked, and he has everything that I was looking for. Great reviews, absolutely great price, and pick up was just in 1 day after we contracted. I can’t thank enough and recomment the company for anyone who’s looking for transportation services.

The representative made a statement that was concerning, expressing a lack of understanding of customer trust. The interaction was unconventional from the outset, as the representative initially quoted a price of $1200, then subsequently revised it to $700, later claiming it was a mistake. This inconsistent communication raises questions about the professionalism and competence of your team. I believe it is essential for your company to review the quality of your hiring processes and the training provided to your representatives to ensure that they are capable of effectively engaging with customers.
