ATP 바인딩 카세트 서브 패밀리 C 멤버 4(ABCC4)는 다의약품 저항 관련 단백질 4(MRP4) 또는 다중의 특정 유기 음이온 전달체 B(MOAT-B)로도 알려져 있으며, ABCC4 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질이다.[5][6]

ABCC4는 세포내 순환 핵물질 수준의 조절기 및 핵으로의 cAMP 의존적 신호 전달의 중재자 역할을 한다.[7]또한 MRP4/ABCC4는 수용체를 결합할 수 있는 세포 밖으로 프로스타글란딘(예: PGE2)을 운반한다.[8]

MRP4/ABCC4 표현은 여러 암에서 조절이 잘 되지 않으며 복막 내막증에서도 조절이 잘 된다.[12]
