노먼 틴데일에 따르면, 닐률 호는 약 1,300km의2 부족 땅을 지배했다. 그들은 댐피어 반도의 서쪽에 위치해 있었다. 역사적으로 니만부루의 압력은 그들을 킹사운드에서 시딩장으로 이끌었고, 틴데일이 곶 보다에서 샌디 포인트까지, 그리고 반도를 가로지르는 칼라일 헤드와 구데노베이에까지 배석하게 했다.[1]
