Kelly Ripa on Monday's edition of Live with Kelly and Mark shared with guest Keira Knightley a story about her third pregnancy.
The admission from Ripa, 54, came after Knightley, 39, said she had not brought her daughters Edie, nine, and Delilah, eight, to New York City amid her promotional tour in support of her Netflix series Black Doves.
Knightley told Ripa and her co-host/spouse Mark Consuelos, 53, 'They're with my family - they're having a lovely time - I'm here with my husband.'
The English star said she was taken aback by silence she and spouse James Righton, 41, experienced on the flight over.
'Do you know that sudden thing where you're like, "Woah?"' the Oscar-nominated actress said. 'I was on the plane - I read my book. I can sit down. This is amazing.'
Ripa - who is mother to Michael, 27, Lola, 23, and Joaquin, 21, with Consuelos - joked, 'Careful, dear, that's how we got pregnant with number three - we went away!'

Knightley playfully pushed back, 'No, he's not coming anywhere near me.'
Knightley and Righton, a musician, celebrated their 11th anniversary earlier this year, as they exchanged vows May 4, 2013 in Mazan, France; Ripa and Consuelos celebrated their 28-year anniversary this past May, as they initially tied the knot on May 1, 1996 in Las Vegas.
Ripa, speaking with People in April of 2023, opened up about how she foresaw the career paths of her children in the future.
She said her two eldest children, Michael and Lola, have expressed an interest in broadcasting.
'Michael talks about it constantly,' Ripa said. 'When we told the kids Mark was [co-hosting], Michael was like, "I would have been perfect for that!"'
She said that Lola and her friend Jamie Gelman, the daughter of Live's longtime executive producer Michael Gelman, have 'for years have said that they were going to take over' the popular morning series.
Consuelos told the publication that Joaquin 'probably wouldn't want to do that' as 'he's a little reserved.'
Consuelos said he felt Joaquin, a student at the University of Michigan, could probably pull it off all the same, as 'he's a drama student and he could turn it on for that hour.'

Ripa said during Friday's show that she utilized her friendship with Madonna to help her three adult children come to a consensus on what the family's holiday card would look like this year.
'What I did was, I sent my kids a picture of Madonna and me and her children and I said, "This is the family Christmas card this year unless you approve of the three of you in a photo of your dad and me" - here are your options ... they literally said, "Do whatever you want."'
She said in jest, 'So, I'm using Madonna and me and her kids.'
Consuelos noted that their three children 'all responded pretty quickly' after Ripa framed her inquiry in such a way.
Live with Kelly and Mark can be seen mornings on ABC from Monday through Friday.
