Matsuura Hiroaki, born in Fukui Prefecture, Japan, is a CG producer and the representative director of CG animation studio Sanzigen.
He was previously working for Gonzo, where he was involved as CG director in VanDread and Saishuuheiki Kanojo, became freelance afterwards and worked on titles like Stratos 4 and the full feature movies Meitantei Conan: Baker Street no Bourei and Hagane no Renkinjutsushi: Shambala o Yuku Mono.
He founded the studio Sanzigen in March, 2006.
