A new batch of renderings have been revealed for a 38-unit condominium project at 110 North First Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project team includes EDRE, Issac & Stern Architects, alongside DXA Studio, which oversaw the building’s interior design. The sponsor of the project is listed as 110 N1 Owner, LLC, but it is unclear which specific company or group of companies is leading the development.
