Designed by Archimaera Architecture and developed by Elie Pariente of EMP Capital Group, the 175-foot-tall structure will span 172,789 square feet and yield 193 rental units with an average scope of 828 square feet, as well as 12,980 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, a 62-foot-long rear yard, 20 enclosed parking spaces, and one loading berth. Countrywide Builders is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Atlantic Avenue and Pacific Street and Classon and Grand Avenues.
