Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Construction is finishing up on 510 Driggs Avenue, a six-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Woods Bagot and developed by Northlink Capital, the 79,500-square-foot structure will yield 44 units in studio to four-bedroom layouts with sales led by The Serhant Team of Nest Seekers Development Marketing, as well as 12,820 square feet of commercial space. Ray Builders is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the intersection of Driggs Avenue and North 8th Street.
