The project will encompass 27,906 square feet and rise 74 feet to its roof. Its residential units should average 698 square feet apiece, which means rental apartments are likely in the works. Mohammad R. Badaly’s Mount Vernon, N.Y.-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 50-foot-wide, 7,500-square-foot lot is vacant.
