Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects and developed by Omni New York, the 552,156-square-foot building will yield 387 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Renderings have been revealed for 50 Sussex Avenue, a 15-story building in Newark, New Jersey. Designed by 50 Sussex Avenue and developed by Tona Development, which won approvals to construct the project in 2021, the 150-foot-tall structure will yield 203 rental units and 2,000 square feet of commercial space. Available apartments will range from studio units up to two-bedroom floor plans.
