Fiend

Fiends are a low order of demonic creature . The class tend to be diminutive, especially with respect to their average demonic kin.

Types

Fiends can be divided into orders that are elementally aligned. Most known breeds may be split into fire, water and air groups, with the water subgroup - ice. There are also reports that some of the wraiths found in the wilderness appear to have been fiends in their former life. Some of the known varieties are as follows:

• Icefiend, found in cold regions, have been known to be environmentally threatened
  • Luminescent icefiend, a boss monster found in Daemonheim
• Pyrefiend, slayer monsters that require 30 Slayer to be harmed
  • Revenant pyrefiend, a ghost of a pyrefiend slain in the God Wars, found in the Forinthry Dungeon
  • Pyrelord, a Summoning familiar which is a type of pyrefiend from the Spirit Plane
• Waterfiend, which reside in the Ancient Cavern, the Chaos Tunnels and Ghorrock fortress
• Galefiend, a fiend variant speculated to have a connection with the unnatural weather of Winds' Home
