Trivia

• Before the God Wars Dungeon rework in 2012, there used to be a frozen clone of him in the main part of the God Wars Dungeon, two spaces under a frozen statue of a man and an ork with 'noob' inscribed in the ice underneath.
• His Knowledge Base description was "With jaws large enough to swallow an adult imp whole, 'destroyer' is an appropriate title for a creature capable of removing your head from your body with movement roughly equivalent to a 'nibble'. Tstanon Karlak should be fought with care - he is not to be underestimated."
