Fungal components are rare materials used in the Invention skill. Level 54 Invention is required to discover them at an Inventor's workbench and use them in a gizmo; however, this level is not required to obtain them.

For ironmen, the easiest way to obtain these is to kill Ganodermic beasts, who drop the Ganodermic boots, Ganodermic gloves and Ganodermic flakes. Flakes can be turned into Ganodermic visors at level 86 Crafting for an exchange rate of 125 Ganodermic flakes per component.
