A ring of medium parcel is an item that can be obtained by exchanging 300 postage stamps. They were previously rarely obtained when opening medium parcels. When worn, it turns the player into a medium parcel.

They can be traded with other players with a 1:1 ratio for any other parcels from the hedge ring.
