The Shard of Mah is an item obtained after completing the quest Children of Mah. When worn, it prevents aggression from monsters in the Heart of Gielinor and raises the multiplier cap to 400%. Unlike the faction insignias, it does not pick up ingression fragments.

Players can use the shard's option "Reminisce" to watch three cutscenes of Children of Mah again. There are restrictions however, players are not allowed to have any follower at the moment of watching and players need to be in a bank healing area.

The cutscenes are:

• The Betrayal (part 1)
• The Betrayal (part 2)
• The Confrontation

If destroyed, go to the World Gate, Quick Dial to Freneskae, select Ritual Site, go northwest to Mah's body, then click Investigate Mah to retrieve the Shard of Mah.

It may also be retrieved from the storage chest at May's Quest Caravan if the player has unlocked Quest item storage from the Hub Track.
