Diddy's attorneys have shut down claims of a second victim in the disgraced rapper's alleged sex traffic operation.
The music artist, 55 - who was arrested on September 16 in NYC on sex trafficking and racketeering charges - is being held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center.
He also recently asked for bail once again after previously being denied three times - and proposed a $50 million bail package.
In legal documents filed on Friday and obtained by TMZ, Diddy's lawyers went after government claims that there had been a potential second victim amid his sex trafficking charges.
The original indictment had listed an unnamed victim which is believed to be his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, whom he dated from 2007 through 2018.

Last year in November, she had accused Sean 'Diddy' Combs of both rape and abuse over the course of their relationship.
Just one day after Cassie had filed the lawsuit, the pair reached a settlement which has not been disclosed.
Combs' attorneys further stated that the claims of an alleged second victim are not true, and that the woman is 'not a victim at all.'
His legal team claimed that the woman has yet to be interviewed by prosecutors and that she had never been a target of Diddy's alleged misconduct.
In the documents, his lawyers also claimed that the rapper never made any attempts to reach out to the second alleged victim - and claimed the feds have knowledge of that.
The attorneys then claimed that the government purposely misled the court and also concealed facts during Diddy's first bail hearing.
The filing labels the first victim in the alleged sex trafficking operation as 'Victim 1' - and is seemingly referencing to Cassie.
The lawyers claimed that Diddy and Victim 1 had an 11-year relationship and that the accuser's allegations against the music artist didn't come to light until November 2023.

His attorneys also accused Victim 1 of extortion and claimed they had asked for $30 million in order to obtain rights for a tell-all book about their past relationship.
It comes shortly after Combs' lawyers asked for bail again just a month after being denied in previous attempts as this time they have cited similar cases in which defendants had been released.
His legal team filed a new motion on Friday in another attempt to get him out of jail while awaiting his trial just days after being heard for the first time on a prison call with his children.
According to legal documents from TMZ, Diddy's lawyers are offering a comprehensive bail package which includes a $50 million bond in addition to 24-hour surveillance in order to ensure he doesn't try to flee the country or intimidate witnesses.
His legal representation has made similar attempts multiple times previously, however, they believe this time is different as they have cited other cases where they say defendants accused of similar crimes had been allowed to post bail while awaiting their trial.
One of the examples used on the entertainment site included a case involving a CEO in which they were accused of sex-trafficking dozens of young men along with an accomplice who had intimidated witnesses.
Diddy's lawyers argue that the government had asked for $10million bond and $500K bond, respectively, which was less than the $50million bail package they are offering in this case.
His attorneys also say that he has been locked up in MDC Brooklyn throughout the process as a judge ruled 'the government has proven the defendant is a danger.'

Diddy was charged with a host of sex trafficking and racketeering offenses following his September 16 arrest.
Since then upwards of 120 victims have already come forward, but Diddy maintains his innocence and is demanding a trial as early as spring.
Earlier this week Diddy broke his silence from behind bars as his children called to wish him a happy 55th birthday on Monday - while he awaits trial on sex trafficking charges.
In a video shared by his son Justin Dior Combs, 30, Diddy is heard telling his children he is proud of all of them and 'looking forward to seeing them soon' after they sing happy birthday to him.
Diddy's daughter Love, two, who he shares with Dana Tran, joined siblings D'Lila and Jessie, 17, Quincy, 33, Christian, 27 and Justin in the clip - in which they sang 'happy birthday to daddy' with a birthday cake for the jailed star.
An upbeat Diddy said: 'I love y'all, I can't wait to see y'all. I'm proud of y'all, especially the girls, all of y'all, but just for being strong, thank you for being strong.
'Thank you for being by my side and supporting me, I got the best family in the world. My birthday, I'm happy for you giving me this call, I'll see you in a couple of days.'
Love told her father she loved him to which he responded: 'I love you too baby.'
Diddy's daughter Chance, 18, was not present but spoke to her father via video call, with Diddy saying: 'hey Chance, love you baby.'
The rapper shares Chance with ex Sarah Chapman, while Christian, Jessie, D'Lila and Quincy's mom is the late Kim Porter. Justin's mom is stylist Misa Hylton.

This comes as Diddy faces a new lawsuit alleging sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl.
The same night Jennifer Lopez and Diddy were pictured arguing at a party together before leaving later on alongside his entourage.
The alleged incident is said to have occurred at a house later that night, but the timing adds a troubling layer to the evening's events and raises questions about the dynamics of Diddy and Jennifer's relationship during a time now overshadowed by serious allegations.
The new legal filing seen by DailyMail.com claims Diddy had allegedly 'aggressively approached' the young girl with a 'crazed look in his eyes' before sexually assaulting her.
She claims an unidentified male celebrity also raped her while Diddy and an unnamed female celebrity watched. There is no suggestion this woman was Jennifer.
Diddy has denied the allegations. His attorneys told DailyMail.com he 'never sexually assaulted anyone' and said the most recent 'barrage of filings' were nothing but 'clear attempts to garner publicity.'
Appearing on DailyMail.com's hit podcast The Trial Of Diddy, prison expert Larry Levine said Diddy is visited by a psych team everyday.
'He's not really on suicide watch but my inside source there tells me that there is someone coming by to visit with him several times a day, you know, to make sure that he's okay,' Levine remarked on the podcast.

'My sources are telling me that [Diddy] is getting extra showers a week,' he alleged. 'I don't know how many. It probably varies. They're giving them extra privileges.'
Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo dismissed the latest lawsuits as 'clear attempts to garner publicity' and they 'have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.'
The Emmy-nominated producer - who was arrested September 16 in Manhattan after a grand jury indictment - 'has never sexually assaulted anyone - adult or minor, man or woman,' they added.
Diddy has pled not guilty to charges alleging he coerced and abused women for years, aided by associates and employees, and silenced victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.
