In recent years, it’s become easier to find inclusive sizing in major retailers, even the online ones, so finding the perfect essential maternity pieces gets to be a tad bit less overwhelming… and actually quite enjoyable.

• ASOS: This website has both a maternity section and a curvy section, but you may need to specifically search for ‘maternity’ within the curvy section to get to the good stuff. There are quite a few options here, both ASOS-branded and big label names, and what’s available is always very on-trend.
• Debenhams: We’ve found this to be the most size-inclusive of all websites so far. It sells the brand YOURS, which has so many options for curvy pregnancies. There are also so many non-maternity pieces that you can easily use as maternity clothes here too.
• Amazon: An obvious one, but you will find most of your basics here and some showstoppers.
• John Lewis and M&S: If you’re looking to treat yourself to something a little more special, high quality and long-lasting, these two major retailers are an infallible place to shop, but you might find options are a little slimmer here.
