As someone who has worked in the media industry for over three decades, I have seen firsthand how procrastination can affect individuals and teams. Missed deadlines, lost opportunities, and increased stress levels are just a few of the negative consequences that can result from procrastination. In order to overcome procrastination, it is crucial to understand the underlying reasons why it occurs. While there is no one-size-fits-all answer, research suggests that there are several key factors that contribute to procrastination.
