Stage 1: Lead in

Instructions:
1. Today we are going to do some speaking exercises.

Hold up the work sheet and point the pictures.
3. I want you to talk about these pictures with your partners. Like who these people are, where they are
and what they are saying
4. Lets say Yoshi and I are partners. Hey Yoshi, I think these men are friends and they are on the street.
What do you think? See?
5. Do not read anything on the right Just look at the pictures
6. Are your reading anything on the right?

response the most are the winners!
4. But, one rule, you have to think who you are , like are we friends or coworker? Where you are, like are
you at home or school?
