Dear Parents,
I am thankful for another
great month of kindergarten. We
were kept busy with many special
events but most importantly, we
took the time to stop, reflect and
give thanks for all the wonderful
gifts we are blessed with.
What We Did
We have completed a
number of beautiful art projects
such as sunflowers, fall trees and
apple print paintings. We had a
wonderful kinder cooking day
making apple crisp. It turned out
great! Our students are quite the
budding young chefs.
Bears and cars came up as a
topic of interest. We identified
the different kinds of bears, their
habits and the different
characteristics they have (did you
know that polar bears have black
skin). We explored cars, their
wheels, what we drive at home and
our parking lot and incorporated
many math activities.

Volunteers
I am so thankful to all the
parents who have helped in the
classroom and to those that bring
in supplies for kinder cooking days.
I feel very blessed to have such
loving and caring group of parents
and children.
