E-Petition
This e-petition has been started by a self-advocate
It is about getting political parties to listen to people with
learning disabilities, to make things better and to stop
ignoring abuse.

Disability Matters
Disability Matters is a range of free resources for everyone
who works with disabled children and young people. It
includes e-learning and face-to-face group training
materials.

NHS England is looking for a Learning Disability Network
Manager to join their team.
They need an expert by experience who knows about
rights-based approaches and believes in the rights and
empowerment of people with learning disabilities.
This is a co-working post, which means you will work with a
colleague. Together with your co-worker, you will help to
create and support a rights-based network of people with
learning disabilities, user led organisations and selfadvocacy organisations.
Your job will help to make sure that NHS England gets
better at including people with Learning Disabilities and
listens and acts on what people with Learning Disabilities
and their families and carers are saying about their
