To wrap up our Culture Unit, you will create a Google Presentation where you will pick a
country and research various features related to the Culture of that nation. At the end,
you will be giving a brief presentation about your country. You will be working on this
project on your own and need to include the following details (In no particular order)
1. Country Name
2. Main Languages
3. Capital and Major Cities
4. Type of Government, President of Nation
5. Type of Economy and Major Industries/Crops
6. Types of Food
7. Examples of Clothing
8. Religion
9. Holidays, Traditions, and Customs
10. Recreation/relaxation
11. Major Landmarks
12. Major Geographic Features
13. Is it a Developed Country or a Developing Country?
For your presentation, if you would like to bring in an artifact or a small sample of food
from that nation, you are more than welcome to! Presentation will tentatively begin on
Wednesday, February 24. You will have class time for the rest of the week to research
and to put your slides together.
