Description Package
The UX-F5B is a low-loss and high-voltage rectifier Axial (□7/φ1.2)
diode.
The product achieves a typical forward voltage drop, Cathode mark
VF, of 11.0 V and a typical reverse recovery, trr of 0.07 (2)
μs by optimizing trade-offs between VF and trr.
