    The Impossible Drea;m

    Today, we live in a universe of diverse types of people. All these people belong to
    different backgrounds, races, and gender. In most countries in the world, the major
    problem we face is gender inequality. Some countries are trying as much as possible to
    end it. However, it still remains the most problematic issue to deal with in the modern
    society. In developing and underdeveloped nations, the case of women discrimination is
    the major global issue. This in return has increased the rate of gender inequality.

    On a daily basis, there is a lot of things going on in our society today. The chances of
    experiencing one or more challenges due to gender inequality are very high. For decades,
    the topic of gender inequality has been the most challenging debate. Fortunately, there is
    a little progress on the issue. Generally, gender inequality has led to adverse
    consequences for the people in our communities. For instance, in most workplace, almost
    all the full-time jobs only belong to the male. On the other hand, women are only allowed
    to handle part-time and casual jobs. Such inequality in the workplace results to a very low
    production due to women lacking the motivation to work. Additionally, gender inequality is
    a major problem resulting in an increase in the rate of mortality and poor health facilities.
    In some countries, communities don’t allow the female to study. As a result, women often
    lack the basic skill and knowledge when it comes to sanitation, health, and diet. Gender
    inequality and discrimination problems existing in our communities are preventing women
    from accessing productive chances. Such problems have led to tension in the population of
    both male and female. In general, gender inequality leads to an outbreak of violence and
    increase the loss of human ability especially women.

    Currently and positively, women cannot be considered as the inferior being anymore.
    Their contribution to both political and economic development is very high. On the other
    hand, their potential tends to be limitless. Women have proven to be good doctors,
    scientists, unique personalities, politicians, creative being and extraordinary mothers.
    Therefore, the gender does not mean anything. Both men and women have to be equal
    and even rule and run the universe together. In such a way, we can see that even
    nowadays women are often mistreated by men being deprived of equal rights. Despite
    such gender inequality, women continue to fight for their rights in order to achieve social
    equality and gain more freedom in the modern society.
