1. How does your leadership practices change as a result of the

pandemic?
 Adoptability to the new way of teaching during the pandemic i.e.,
the online classes.
 Accepting the situation and adjusting with it.
 The timetables and schedules were change frequently.
2. What is your main concern with regards to the online teaching?

 Online teaching is necessary but it is less beneficial than the
physical lessons
 Connectivity issues
 Damaged devices
 Technical glitches
3. What kind of innovative techniques did the school come up

with?
 Structured timetable
 Video lessons
 Computer department more active
 Ultra-smart projectors
4. in what ways does your educational philosophy align with the

mission at our school?
 Education for life
 Education is for anyone and everyone
 Always keep learning
 Aim to give the world the best human beings
 Empathy is important. Humanity is at the apex, be on top of the
world but your foot should be on the ground. Human nature
should be there to be successful.
5. What is your approach to discipline and motivation towards
students?
 Being generous
 Observe your surrounding more. Nature builds up your best
character.
 Discipline is the consequence for our actions
 Discipline makes a person do pretty well
 It should come from within
6. How does your school recruit new employees? What

competence are required?
 Employment depends on your requirement and financial budget
of the school.
 Their qualification
 English spells and vocabulary
 Their willingness and enthusiasm for teaching
 Other things you can do other than teaching

 Online courses
 Workshops

9. What have you done to save the natural resources?

 Sustainability goes with the environment
 Reusing, recycling and reducing is important
 Use solar powers, plant tress and keep the environment clean

 Taking care of not to waste natural resources
10. How is the school handling the mental health of the

students?
 Might have been through trauma, depression and mental pressure
 It will change the way they perform in exams and the way they
behave
 Online teaching
 Counselling sessions were done
 Technology has helped us to study
11. Influence of online teaching in the future coding

 various education apps, computers will be used a lot more.
They will be more expensive and the cost of gadgets will
increase
12. Discipline is a big concern

 Social media [too much knowledge is not good]
 Games have changed from physical on the ground to video games
on the couch
 Parents are afraid to say no. too much freedom is given. Parents
need to tighten the screws at home.
13. How does activities help students?

a. Success depends on all-around environment
b. Games have rules, it builds up loyalty and dedication.
c. If it’s a stage it builds up your speaking capability and
confidence.

The people interviewed were :

 Sir Graham Heiden – Vice-principal of Christ Church School
 Sir Eugene Roscoe – Head Master of Christ Church School
We collected information from the school website and we
interviewed our teachers.
 What are the results of your data gathering?

The school has shown many positive outcomes and they
have adapted with the changes.
 A clear conclusion and possible answer to the main

question + recommendations were applicable
The teachers as well as the students got an opportunity
learn and study in a new way in the year 2020. We
learned how to overcome challenges and live in a new
way. Our school’s mission is:
“ To empower, to educate, to enlighten individuals, so
they make a big society based on values, ethics and
justice.”
