What I can do

1. My limitations as a human are numerous; considering physical constraints of our lives clearly
means that we listen to our bodies; moreover, if we do more, we can cause ourselves more
harm than good.
2. God, family, and friends are all important to me.
3. I consider potential constraints, such as financial resources,physical
limitations and environmental factors.
4. Yes, so maturation helps one to dramatically alter our work patterns.
5. Keep in mind to pray to God and put our plans into action.

What I can do

1. It is always up to the person to determine whether or not they really desire to overcome their
limitations.

2. Transcedence is always a good choice, but it comes with immense responsibility. Culture may be a
force that restricts transcedence.
