    1.1 Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means / Manual Means ( Hydraulic
    Excavator) in All types of soils (excluding soft & hard rock) as defined by IS-1200
    in both dry and wet conditions including shoring strutting de-watering sub-
    soil and rain water to keep the excavation dry, leveling and dressing the
    bottom of Excavation to correct level and shifting the excavated material for a
    lead up to 50 m as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, to a depth not more than
    1.50M.

    2.0 PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE BED


    Plain Cement Concrete in (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix for Under flooring bed
    using 40mm size (SS5) hard Granite or Trap metal from approved quarry
    including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse
    aggregate, water, etc., to site, including cost of seignior age charges and all
    other taxes on all materials and including all labour charges for machine
    mixing, laying concrete, ramming, finishing top surface to the required level,
    curing , etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the
    Engineer-in-
    charge.

    3.0 MASONRY WORKS:


    3.1 CRS MASONRY
    Providing and laying C.R.S Masonry 2nd sort as specified in CM (1:8) including
    fair cutting, waste bonding, Plumb lining, leveling, scaffolding, and
    curing below ground level and up to plinth, all
    materials and labour etc. complete.

    3.2 Providing and laying Solid Cement Blocks Masonry with 200 mm thick Solid
    Cement Blocks in super structure above plinth level in cement mortar 1:4 (1
    cement : 4 coarse sand), including cost and conveyance of all materials like
    cement, sand, blocks, water etc., to site, including seignior age charges, sales
    & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour
    charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing
    masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. (Net 5'
    Height)

    4.0 DAMP PROOF COURSE (D.P.C):
    Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete
    1:2:4 & waterproofing material on top surface of CRS Masonry, including
    cost of all materials, necessary shuttering, machine mixing, concrete
    laying, ramming in layers, finishing top surface to the required level, curing
    and etc., complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of
    work.

    5.0 PLASTERING:
    5.1 Plastering 12mm thick in one coats in CM (1:6) with sponge finishing
    mixed with integral Waterproofing compound of" Fosroc" or equivalent make
    with prior approval from the Engineer in Charge, mixed in the proportion
    recommended by the Manufacturer, including cost and conveyance of all
    materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, cost of seignior age charges and
    all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all
    labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing,
    including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for
    finished item of work for external uneven faces of
    walls.

    6.0 PAINTING:
    6.1 Providing and applying White wash in two or more coats, Including cleaning all
    surfaces of dirt, dust loose scales etc. before painting and including all
    materials, labour and scaffolding at all heights for All Internal walls, external
    walls & ceiling.

    7.0 R.C.C. WORKS


    Supply and Placing of Concrete as per IS-4926:2003 of specified Grades
    with minimum Cement content as per IS-456:2000 and standard mix
    Design as per IS-10262:1982 with coarse aggregate of nominal size of 20mm and
    fine aggregate ( River Sand) of Zone II as per the Mix design approved by the
    consultants from standard suppliers as L & T, Birla, ACC or Equivalent ,
    including cost and conveyance through transit Mixers, Pumping, Leveling,
    grading, spreading, Vibrating & Curing etc., complete, including the cost of
    mixing super plasticizer Sika " Sikament 600", Fosroc or equivalent with prior
    approval of the Engineer in charge to enhance the workability of
    concrete, including the cost of all materials , labour but excluding the cost
    of Reinforcement steel & Shuttering/ Formwork
