With a small survey owner of the ANJALI SWEET SHOP could find that food is the only sector
where there is more chance of business survival so with some suggestions and some advises
from relatives and suggestions from already involved person in this field, started a sweet shop
as ANJALI SWEET.
Since 1986 Mr. Jagadish started working in field with this firm. Located in sanskar nagar, bhuj.
Mr. Jagdish (owner) says we have been recommended by our initial customers to others due to
our quality products, honesty in dealings ideal behavior and prompt service

Maintaining hygiene and procuring quality ingredients paucity of skilled and dedicated
manpower and healthy business practices amongst competing entrepreneurs.

The thing which makes their shop unique is that there would be no doubt some customer will
find that their shop is a little bit expensive in comparison of other local shops and other
unregistered sweet shops because of they are providing them sweet and namkeens with such a
good quality and they are making sweets from very good and hygiene materials and ghee and a
with the taste and their need And the customer will surely find some uniqueness in this shop’s
products and so many options to purchase and buy according to their needs the options like
anjeer laadu and so many flavored options in kaju katli and there are so many options in shree
khand too. And there will be not a single customer who will come with the complaint of
unhygienic meethai or namkeen because they are using very fresh oils and all the other basic
things to create and make this.

Every customer will get a special treatment when they will visit their shop because they are
having more than 4 workers in their shop and they are always there for help and in the extra
services they are also having a packet of chips other food essentials like puff and other brand’s
namkin also
And to all that workers they are treating very well to them and making good relations so they
are not treating workers as a person who works there but they are treating them as a family
And not only Sweets but in morning time in shop, khandavi, undhyu, khaman and jalebies
would be also available which making just a few hours before the morning

Setting objectives:-
So for the all the seasons we are making small objectives and focusing on that just like in the
winters they are focusing on the adadiaas specially and when the summer comes they focusing
on basundi and rabdi and the other side they are very special and well known for the mhehsuk
but that's objective that we are not only focusing on that thing but they are doing much more
other better things and trying to make them more special.
And today they are introducing new sweets and new namkeens for the customers to take and
enjoy the new varieties every single day into that.
Finding solutions
Competing other sweet shops would be always main challenge for the shop but except that
maintaining hygienity and finding skillful workforce are some other challenges but mainly for
the sweets we are focusing on maintaining hygienity is the main required thing because all the
customers mainly looking at the test and the freshness of the sweet.
