    F. Program/ Project Rationale:/Background

    The Department of Education has been engaging for positive activities on


    how to address challenges brought by the adversity in Basic Education
    through the Learning Continuity Plan (BE – LCP).
    Sta. Isabel Elementary School, will implement the Repair of Water
    motor,pump and water tank in the Preparation for the Expansion of FAce to
    Face Classess. The school facilities will be utilized to safeguard and ensure
    the safety of school learners during the face to face classes. This is in
    complaince with the IATF Health protocol.
    These project aims to:
    1.Provide a health facility to all school learners.
    2. Ensure health safety inside the school premises
    3. Follow the health standard as required for the opening of classes in the
    expansion of classes.
    The repair of water motor,pump and water tank will help the school
    ensure the safety of the learners inside the learning institution during the
    conduct of handwashing.
    Seventeen (17) female teachers were consulted by the female school
    head on the plan in the repair of water tank . The consultation happened
    due to the urgency of the need of water in the handwashing facility in the
    school premises. This project will benefit the seventeen female teachers and
    the 220 female and 260 male learners. Monitoring of the project
    implementation and impact shall be done by the school head, with the
    assistance of the Clinic Teacher and Physical Facilities Coordinator.
