Drink a cup of hot water with lemon first thing in the morning
2. Take a 10 - 15 minute walk around the block
3. Meditate or pray to connect with your Soul after waking before looking at any devices
4. Lay out in your back yard (on the earth if possible) for 5-15 minutes
5. Make a doctor’s appointment that you have been putting off
6. Schedule a massage
7. Ask for a hug
8. Set a timer for 20 minutes and read a fictional (even trashy!) novel.
9. Listen to an uplifting podcast from your favorite spiritual teacher
10. Put on some uplifting music you like and move your body for 5 minutes
11. Change into something more comfortable, or if you hang out in sweats all the time, put on
something that makes you feel sexy
12. Cuddle with a pet or a person for 10 minutes to get some oxytocin going
13. Take your car through the carwash
14. Drink cool water with lemon throughout the day
15. Eat a piece of fruit slowly paying close attention to how it tastes
16. Schedule a tea, coffee or lunch date with a girlfriend
17. Take 5 slow, deeps breaths
18. Turn the phone off for 30 minutes to an hour (and put it out of reach) while you focus on
completing a task that has been nagging at you

29. Dab essential oil on wrists and temples (lavender for calming, peppermint/orange for energy)
30. Do your favorite craft or art project

32. Go to bed 15 minutes earlier than you normally do
33. Avoid all screen time for 1 hour before bed
34. Light a candle and make a wish, hold the feeling of its completion for 17 seconds
35. Turn the lights down low after 8 p.m.
36. Do 2-3 yoga poses or gentle stretches on the floor
37. Listen to soothing music for 5 minutes
38. Dedicate a place in your home to your spiritual life and decorate it accordingly. This could
be as simple as a single shelf in your book case or as big as a spare bedroom.
