    REFLECT:

    1. Dr. Orata expressed his worldview stated above in 1966. Do you think that
    it is still relevant today during our time? Justify in 2-3 sentences only.
    2. Post your answers in our discussion forum for those enrolled in Online
    Learning or write on spaces bellow for those who opted for Offline Learning.
    3. Be sure to comment on at least one response from your classmates,
    making sure that you exercise tact and respect.

    Based on Dr. Orata’s worldview in 1966, I think YES, that It is still relevant
    today, on our present time. Why? Because being the founder of Urdaneta
    City University, His skills, core values and Philosophy, helped a lot of people
    back then and still can be helpful to our present society. His philosophy and
    educational worldview help us to accomplish these in our Education.

    1.Education contributes much to the development of an individual and the


    society in which he lives.
    2.It is possible to make education available and accessible to all people in all
    walks of life, both in urban and rural areas.
    3.The education provided will determine the quality of life of the people and
    the progress of the nation.
    4.The institution shall provide such kind of education and development which
    are congruent to the national development goals.

    These are very helpful and useful to educational purposes and to be


    accessible enough to all the people in our society and avoid hindrance in
    one’s achieving dream. Dr. Orata’s worldview gives benefit to all the
    people/student out there to achieve what they want to become in life, less
    hassle and much more capable of believing on changing and attaining
    Education at its finest.

    I respect everyone’s opinion about this matter, but for me, YES, it is still
    relevant today during our time. It may help us develop our character in
    studying and attaining our education much better than ever.
