1. Meet the Teacher:
I presented myself, Maris Grace A. Carvajal, Teacher II, and a Bachelor of Secondary
Education major in Mathematics graduate.

2. Meet the School Head:


I presented Madam Evangelina S. Camiling, Ed.D. (Principal IV), the new school head of
our school.

3. DepEd Policies Discussion:


A. DepEd Order No. 21 s. 2023
Emphasized the requirement to clear all walls of unnecessary artwork, decorations,
tarpaulin, and posters.

B. DepEd Order No. 22 s. 2023


Highlighted important dates for the school year 2023-2024 and the school year's
start and end dates.

C. DepEd Order No. 19 s. 2008


Explained the implementation of the No Collection Policy in public schools,
emphasizing that collections can only be done on a voluntary basis starting the

The First Parents-Teacher Conference commenced promptly at 10:10 AM with an
opening prayer presented through an AVP. Following the prayer, the "Meet the Teacher"
session was conducted by Maris Grace A. Carvajal, the Grade 6 Section 3 class adviser,
during which she introduced herself to the parents and guardians.
Subsequently, Madam Evangelina S. Camiling, Ed.D., the newly installed principal
IV, addressed the attendees during the "Meet the School Head" session, emphasizing her

and elected officers committed to contributing 50 pesos each by October 15, 2023, for this
purpose.
