Materials Needed:
1. Scenario cards (prepared in advance) describing different situations
where personal health is disregarded.

2. Props (optional) to make the scenarios more realistic and engaging.

3. Space for students to act out the role-play scenarios.

Instructions:
1. Introduction (2 minutes): Start by discussing with the students the
importance of personal health and how making healthy choices can
impact their well-being. Explain that they will be doing role-play activities
to understand what might happen when personal health is not taken
seriously.

2. Preparing Scenarios (5 minutes): Prepare scenario cards that describe

various situations where personal health is ignored. These scenarios
could include examples like:
- Staying up late to play video games and not getting enough sleep.
- Eating only junk food for an entire day.
- Refusing to wash hands after using the restroom or before eating.
- Not wearing warm clothing in cold weather.
- Skipping a day the brushing of teeth.
- Spending the whole day indoors without any physical activity.

3. Role-Play Activity (20 minutes):

- Divide the students into small groups. Each group should receive a
scenario card.
- In their groups, students should read and discuss the scenario. They
should think about what might happen to the person in the scenario due
to their actions.
- Give them a few minutes to prepare for the short role-play based on the
scenario. They can use props if available to make it more engaging.
- Allow each group to perform in front of the class.
- After each performance, engage the class in a brief discussion about
the consequences of the actions portrayed in the role-play.

4. Discussion (10 minutes): After all groups have performed their role-
plays, lead the class discussion using the following questions:
- What did you learn from each scenario?
- How did the actions in the scenarios affect the characters' health?
- Why is it important to make healthy choices?
- What are some better choices the characters could have made in each
scenario?

This role-play allows learners to actively engage themselves in realizing

the consequences of disregarding personal health, making the concept
more meaningful for them. There will be a rubric which will be the basis in
