This chapter shall be structured as follows:
1.1 Background of Study
1.2 Statement of Problem
1.3 Aim/Objectives of the Study
1.4 Research Questions / Hypothesis (Optional)
1.5 Significance of the Study
1.6 Scope of Study
1.7 Definition of terms

Chapter Two: Literature Review

The literature review should focus on issues that are more specifically related
to the project. The strengths and weaknesses of the cited work/methodology should be
reported. Avoid presentation of tables of other works.

Chapter Three: System Analysis & Design [Methodology]

This chapter shall include the analysis of existing systems with emphasis on the
strengths and weaknesses/gaps in the system. It should also include method of data
collection, method of data analysis, sampling method (if questionnaire is used) and
proposed solution to the current existing system/framework.
The general architecture of the proposed solution should be provided. Use of
UML elements, such as class diagrams, interaction diagrams, structured classes,
components, subsystems, and deployment models etc, is highly recommended as your
design tools. The dataset/database structure should be properly designed.

Chapter Four: Implementation

The implementation shall be based on the design. This shall include a brief
discussion of the tools used for the software/hardware implementation. It should also
include a brief discussion of the components of the implemented software/hardware
with their screenshots and the Propose Conversion Mode to deploy the proposed
