Biography
John Cloutier was born in Claremont, New Hampshire. Cloutier graduated from Stevens High School. He earned his B.S. in education from Keene State College. His career experience includes working as a security officer with RCB Security, and as a substitute teacher with the Claremont/Cornish/Unity New Hampshire School Districts.[1]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 13, 2014. Incumbent John Cloutier (D-Sullivan 10) was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while incumbent Joe Osgood (R-Sullivan 4) was unopposed in the Republican primary. Cloutier and Osgood faced off in the general election.[6] Cloutier defeated Osgood in the general election.[7]

Cloutier won re-election in the 2012 election for New Hampshire House of Representatives, Sullivan 10. Cloutier was unopposed in the September 11 primary election and defeated incumbent Paul LaCasse (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[8][9]

On November 2, 2010, Cloutier won re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
Cloutier advanced past the September 14 primary election. He faced incumbent Raymond Gagnon (D), incumbent Philip Osgood (R), Larry Converse (D), Joshua Hansen (D), Matthew Baird-Torney (D), Paul LaCasse (R), Marie Lozito (R), Steve Picano (R), and Charlene Lovett (R) in the November 2 general election.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Cloutier finished third for the five-seat Sullivan 4 District of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, receiving 3,257 votes, behind Democrat Thomas Donovan (3,591) and Republican Philip Osgood (3,380) and ahead of Democrats Raymond Gagnon (3,196), Sandra Harris (3,185), Larry Converse (2,602), and Republicans Victor Bergeron (2,889), Chris Vinci (2,518), Ken Hall (2,427) and Ernest Bridge, Jr. (1,735), and Others(11).[10]
