The Annakarl teleport is a magic tablet that can be broken by players to teleport to Annakarl (the Demonic Ruins) in level 46 Wilderness, providing that they have completed Desert Treasure I.

Because this tablet teleports players to the Wilderness, a warning will appear upon clicking the "Break" option on the tablet. This can be toggled by right-clicking the "Configure" option.

Players can create this item on the ancient lectern by the altar inside the Ancient Pyramid with a piece of soft clay, 2 law runes, and 2 blood runes, as well as level 90 Magic while being on the Ancient Magicks spellbook.

The player does not need to have the relevant Magic level to use the tablet, which shares the same rule with all tablets and the player will not receive any experience, although making the teleport tablet does give 100 experience in Magic.

7 October 2020 (update)	The "Break" option on the tablet is now a left-click option, and will warn players if they really wish to teleport into the Wilderness. A new right-click "Configure" option can remove and reactivate the warning at will.
30 September 2020 (update | poll)	Players can now create magic tablets of Ancient Magicks teleport spells at the lectern inside the Ancient Pyramid.
