Skill Off tokens are a time-limited event currency used in the Summer Skill Off. They can be earned by doing various activities such as skilling and killing during the event. They can also be bought directly using RuneCoins.

Skill Off tokens can be handed in directly to Morn to progress in the event, but using them with the still active skilling activities functions similarly while also granting increased experience. Alternately, 500 or 1,000 tokens can be converted into an event mystery box or big event mystery box, respectively.

Any remaining tokens were turned into 10 coins each upon logging in after the beginning of 8 August 2019.

When a player receives tokens, they are notified with one of the following messages:

• You find [number] Skill off tokens and place them in your bank. (When there is no space in your inventory and there are none in your currency pouch.)
• You find [number] Skill off tokens and place them in your inventory. (When there is space in your inventory and there are none in your currency pouch.)
• You find [number] x Skill off tokens. They are added to your currency pouch. (When there are some already in your currency pouch, or if found while Dungeoneering.)
