Super strength potions are made by mixing clean kwuarm and then a limpwurt root in a vial of water, giving 125 Herblore experience. It requires level 55 Herblore to make.

Super strength potions temporarily raise the Strength level by 2 + 12% (rounded down).

They are used as an ingredient in extreme strength potions along with a clean dwarf weed at level 89 Herblore.

A super strength potion (4) combined with a strength potion (4) in a crystal flask will produce a grand strength potion, one of the combination potions requiring 75 herblore.

Along with all other combat super potions and a regular overload, it is an ingredient for making supreme overload potions.
