The treasure turtle is a large creature that rarely spawns in the Deep Sea Fishing hub. If a player checks it, it will unlock the Fancy Turtle-Back achievement. Furthermore, if a player is at the Deep Sea Fishing Hub on the same world as the treasure turtle when it spawns, it will also reward the player with a clue scroll reward. The possible items are chosen from the Treasure Trail reward tables, up to the elite level. The reward provided uses similar mechanics to the Giant Oyster D&D. Thus, wearing a luck of the Dwarves or Hazelmere's signet ring will increase the likelihood of better rewards.
The treasure turtle stays at the hub for five minutes at a time.
To claim a reward, you must be at the Deep Sea Fishing hub on the same world when the treasure turtle spawns.
