The ravenous ghoul is a monster found in the crypts below the graveyard north of Canifis.

The crypt can be entered via a trapdoor in the south east corner of the Slayer Tower, as well as to the east of the lustrous wisp colony.

It is not recommended to slay these for the Ghoul Champion's scroll as they have significantly higher life points with the same drop rate as normal ghouls and they cannot be cannoned, as their crypts do not allow setting up a dwarf multicannon. If the player has a blood essence equipped, all ghouls in the crypt will become aggressive. The blood essence does not need charges for their aggressiveness.

They do count as ghouls for a regular ghoul Slayer assignment, however captured souls will be converted to regular ghoul souls.

Entrances to the ghoul mausoleum.
