Tiling is located on the floor by the easternmost wall of the Paterdomus mausoleum, near the holy barrier. During the In Aid of the Myreque quest, after the temple library key is used on a keyhole on the wall, it is revealed that the tiling is in fact a trapdoor leading to a hidden library underneath.
