Britney Spears revealed that she does weekly equine therapy due to her experience with past trauma in a candid Instagram post shared on Sunday.
The Baby One More Time singer, 43 - who recently gave her fans another glimpse at her sweet reunion with her teen sons - also posed up a storm before dancing in a sheer minidress and bikini.
Her latest post comes shortly after Spears had the chance to spend the holidays with her children Jayden, 18, and Sean, 19 - which left the pop star 'blown away' by the surprise visit.
Britney uploaded a black and white portrait of a man as well as a horse as she opened up about her mental health.
'I do equine therapy every Tuesday and Saturday because I've been so traumatized by people…,' the Toxic hitmaker wrote.
In reference to the photo of the man, Spears added, 'Not sure who is he, but if I ever imagined a person…,' followed by top hat emojis.

'Pss I just posted this and saw it… it looks really funny. I can't stop laughing, but he's really hot.'
According to WebMD, equine-assisted therapy 'is a team effort where a mental health professional works with a horse specialist.'
'Clients who participate in equine-assisted therapy are usually seeking help for emotional or behavioral problems.'
It also 'focuses more on learning to care for the animals rather than learning to ride. Working with horses happens along with methods like cognitive behavioral therapy and experiential therapy.'
Britney's 13-year conservatorship notably came to an end in November 2021 - and she has previously talked about undergoing therapy.
Back in 2023, the star announced her memoir The Woman In Me before its release, and also shared on social media: 'My book is coming out very, very soon. I worked my a** off for this book.'
'I had a lot of therapy to get this book done, so you guys better like it. If you don't like it, that's fine too.'
A source also told DailyMail.com late last year in November 2024 that, 'She will be healing from her trauma for a very long time. But she is done with men for now and focusing on herself.'

She accessorized the outfit with a flashy necklace as well as bracelets on each of her wrists.
In the caption, the performer simply added flower emojis to her 41.9 million fans and followers.

Earlier this week on Friday, she uploaded a clip of her son Jayden, 18, opening a gift by a lavish Christmas tree.
He could be seen holding up a black sweater as Spears gushed, 'Nice, nice, oh that is nice. Wow, that's really nice.' Her youngest child replied with, 'Thank you, mom.'
Although her other son Sean, 19, was not spotted in the reel, insiders confirmed to DailyMail.com that he was also with his mother for Christmas.
In a previous post, Spears also called Jayden her 'twin' by sharing photos of him and expressed her 'shock' over the special reunion.
