What if I cancel my subscription within the contract’s minimum term?
If you cancel the subscription before your contract term ends, you’ll be charged an early termination fee equal to one month’s charge plus any discounts you’ve used.

What will happen to my plan at the end of my 12-month contract period – the Minimum Term?
After completing your Minimum Term of 12 months, you can choose to renew again with a yearly contract or continue on a higher monthly plan by giving a written notice about the preferred option 30 days prior to expiry of the Minimum Term. If you decide to terminate the monthly plan after completing the Minimum Term, there will be no early termination fee.

What happens if I’m subscribed to the old Business Professional plan?
If you’re subscribed to our old Business Professional plans, you’ll continue to enjoy your existing benefits.

Can I change my plan to the Business Essential if I’m already subscribed to the Broadband Premium plans?
You’ll need to deactivate your existing plan first in order to activate a new Business Essential plan.

Can I get a device with a Business Essential plan?
Unfortunately, the Business Essential plans don’t come with devices. However, you can check our Business Complete bundles that also offer high-speed internet along with voice services, office tools and a fully/subsidized device (with a wide range of smartphones and business devices to choose from).

Can I change the speed of my Business Essential plan within the contract period?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your internet speed at any time. In case of a downgrade, you’ll have to pay a downgrade fee equal to one month’s charge of your current plan. In case of an upgrade/downgrade within the minimum contract term, we will not reset the contract, and the remaining commitment months will continue counting from the original date of activation. DDoS protection is a comprehensive, sophisticated protection system that includes a complete package of convenient and cost-effect security features.

What is Managed Broadband Premium?Managed Broadband Premium is a service that provides high-speed internet access as well as:

- Management and monitoring by our Customer Network Operations Centre (CNOC)
- Five usable static IP addresses (with the option to add more)

What’s the difference between Managed Broadband Premium and the Business Broadband Unlimited?Business Broadband Unlimited is the unmanaged version of the Internet service. While it does offer the option of equal upload and download speeds as well as additional IP addresses, Managed Broadband Premium comes with a number of extra services, including:
- A managed router
- Various monitoring and management tools
- Support from our CNOC (customer network operation center)
- Service Level agreement (SLAs) and monthly reports
- A Managed Service Portal
- Activate notification and support system

What is a Service Level Agreement?
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) is essentially your service contract defined. It’s our guarantee to you of a specific set of parameters and promises like the scope of the service, quality assurance and timelines and responsibilities that we set and agree upon together.
Note: We call these parameters Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and these not only help us to keep your services on track, but also allow you to hold us accountable to our promises. -
What are these KPIs?
- Service Fulfillment: our promise to deliver your service in X days.
- Service Availability: making sure your service is yielding effective results.
- Service Restoration: addressing and fixing any damaged service within X days according to the level of Severity.
- Service Performance: making sure the quality of the connection (measured by Latency, Packet Loss and Jitter) meets the agreed upon level.

What kinds of SLAs are available?
The Standard SLAs are default. You can also choose the Premium SLA – with a different and specialized set of KPIs to suit your needs.

How many IP addresses are given with each Managed Broadband Premium connection?
With Managed Broadband Premium, you get a group of eight static IPs for each connection, five of which are usable.

Can I add more IP addresses?
Yes you can. Extra IP addresses can be added to your connected with an OTC.

Can I choose a different router?
Yes you can. If you don’t like the managed router that we offer, you can buy any of the additional routers we provide to use with your service.

Can I change my service type? I.e. from Premium to Essential and vice versa?
Switching from Premium to Essential is considered a downgrade and you’ll be charged a fee equal to one month of your current MRC. Switching from Essential to Premium is an upgrade and is free.

What will happen to my Managed Broadband Premium at the end of my contract period?
You’ll be notified 45, 30, 15, and 1 day(s) prior to the end of your contract period by SMS and email, informing you that your service will be automatically renewed for a similar period following the expiry of the minimum term. Auto-renewal will occur unless you choose to cancel it with a written notice, sent 30 days prior to the expiry of your contract.
